The Cardinal Tetra is a vibrant and peaceful tropical fish, perfect for community aquariums. Known for its bright red and electric blue stripes, this stunning schooling fish adds colour and movement to any setup. Native to the Amazon, Cardinal Tetras thrive in groups of six or more and prefer soft, slightly acidic water.

They grow to around 3cm and do best in well-planted tanks with gentle tank mates like Corydoras, Rasboras, and Dwarf Gouramis. A varied diet of micro pellets, quality flakes, and frozen foods keeps them healthy and brings out their colours.
